Delivery to Customers in Britain, Europe and Worldwide

Most deliveries are made by UPS or Royal Mail. In some circumstances other couriers may be used.

Goods are normally despatched within two working days of receiving an order. This may extend to five working days or longer in exceptional circumstances.

Delivery times (shown below) are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and exclude the time between an order being received and the goods being despatched. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

All goods are sent from the United Kingdom.

Please note delivery can only be made to residential addresses where the residential address is the same as the billing card address. Deliveries to temporary, c/o addresses, freight forwarding addresses or PO boxes are not possible.

A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery.

In the event that a package is undelivered to a residential address, and the package is returned to EJ Verdi, any return delivery charges and/or customs duties payable by EJ Verdi will be deducted from any refund due to the customer. This is irrespective of whether any import duties can subsequently be reclaimed by EJ Verdi.

Any shipping restrictions will be notified to you before your order is shipped.

When the courier collects your parcel from us for delivery, you will receive an order despatch email with a unique tracking link. Please use this to check on the progress of your order.
