Returning your Purchase

Any items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met.

How to Return your Purchase

  1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
  2. Complete the Returns Form and place it in the box.
  3. Attach the Returns Label to the outside of the box (having removed the original label from the box) and seal the parcel securely.
  4. Take the parcel along to a Post Office. Please note customers are required to pay postage charges for returns. We would always recommend sending a parcel signed for as we are unable to process refunds unless goods have been returned by you and received by us.

Please note that if goods have originally been delivered to a UPS Access Point location in the United Kingdom goods maybe returned free of charge from a UPS Access Point location. Customers will need to contact customer services to arrange for a label to be emailed/sent.

Return Conditions

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country with the original Returns Form.

Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all E.J. Verdi item tags attached, any related accessories included and be in original packaging.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything E.J. Verdi reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Please note refunds will cover the cost of the goods returned and any original delivery charges.

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

In the event that a package is undelivered to a residential address and/or is uncollected from a UPS Access Point location, and the package is returned to EJ Verdi, any return delivery charges and/or customs duties payable by EJ Verdi will be deducted from any refund due to the customer. This is irrespective of whether any import duties can subsequently be reclaimed by EJ Verdi.

Exchanges

Please return your order to us within 14 days of the shipping date, ensuring that the return conditions are met, completing both the returns and exchange forms. The first exchange of a particular item will not attract an additional delivery charge but further exchanges will attract additional delivery charges.

Cancelling Your Order

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.

Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Consumer Contracts Regulations

Under applicable consumer contracts regulations or under statutory consumer protection laws of your country of residence to the extent applicable, you may have a right to cancel orders for certain items purchased from ejverdi.com within a statutory cooling-off period. For orders placed on www.ejverdi.com, there is a cooling-off period of 14 days from the day after the date on which the item in question was received.

To Cancel your Order

The easiest way to cancel your order is to complete the cancellation form (download it here: EJ Verdi Cancellation Form), and return it to us by registered post to E.J. Verdi Ltd, 20 Trinity Courtyard, Newcastle upon Tyne NE6 1TS, United Kingdom or using our online contact form, in each case within the statutory cooling-off period.

If your Order has been Shipped

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the item has been shipped, please return the goods in accordance with the procedure outlined above.
